well the stepmoms gotta yukon and its due for inspection but its throwin a couple stupid codes. just wanted to see if yall have any suggestions for a fix.
Its Throwin:
P0449- (EVAP purge/vent solenoid circuit condition) purge or vent soleniods defective, fuel saturated vapor canister, or faled EVAP vent soleniod.
and
P0455- (EVAP large leak detected) defective fuel cap, EVAP canister broke loose cracked etc., or vaccuum leak at engine.
i just got the fuel cap pressure tested at kwik kar, and im about to go see if i can find any loose or corroded hoses.

i have had the same codes. go dissconnect the battery for about 2 hrs.. my light hasnt come back on in three weeks. that should clear it until you get inspected. i had charlie de activate those sensors, but kept getting the trouble codes until i dissconnected my batt, for a couple hrs. it hasnt come back on. i wasnt trying to buy the sensors.. they $$$.

if u wanna start replacing sensors go ahead. or do what i tried for a temp fix. light still is off on mine. and yes its a dealer part with a relocation kit. something like 110+ for it.. i said hell no.. it doesnt even bother the performance. or anything.

the 446 code can be one of many things. its still vent performance but you could have a clogged line or a bad valve one or the other.
