Damage to the bearing seat, we're going for a new long block, Thunderbolt wants 1195 for it and it seems like a great deal, esp. with a 250 core for the damaged block. So looking forward to a swap here in the next week. Need it done by Friday
T_____T
At least I have control of the oil change interval on this block, the old motor looks like it got its oil change once every bajillion miles when we did the top end job. Previous owner FTL. :argh:

try the place off 45n and 610 they got long/short blocks, bored cammed and pretty good pricing, i think it was precision engine rebuilders
