well went to matt's (tootall) house yesterday to get the cam swapped into the silverado.
got started a little after 10am and finished around 630-700pm.
we had a few hiccups but got through them.
one was the lifters wouldn't stay so we had to go to the store and pick up some 5/16" dia dowels.
second was the belt that i bought didn't fit.
it was too small.
i went off of ASP's website for the part #'s and didn't realize that the paper in that came w/ the pullies had different numbers.
so we had to make a run for autozone to exchange the one i had.
after that, everything was pretty much done.
i will have to say, that crane spring compressor tool is awesome and a must have if you plan on doing a lot of cam swaps.
i have a sound clip on my phone but it sounds shitty.
i know matt got some so maybe he'll post'em.
